⭐ Re-evaluate what you tolerate. E.g. How can you tolerate spending an entire month without picking up any new book to read?
⭐ Learn to analyze information. Every day we hear new things, through various media sources. How much of that information includes substantial amount of evidence?
⭐ Accept that other people have their own views on life. Your ideas, your religious opinions, your political or cultural perspectives are not the marking key for everyone. It's not your job to change people. It's good to know the difference between sharing your views and imposing your beliefs.
⭐ Someone once said: before you argue with someone, ask yourself, "is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of different perspectives?" If not, then there's no point to continue an argument.
By the way, an argument can mean:
1. Venting at each other over a disagreement.
2. Or it's holding an intelligent discussion with someone who has a different outlook from you.
The latter is what's being referred to
